Catering proposals provided through email, SMS, or other communications are estimates of event costs based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may vary based on guest count changes, menu adjustments, venue requirements, staffing needs, and other event-specific factors.
4. Payments and Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your event date. Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in your catering agreement.
Failure to make payments according to agreed terms may result in cancellation of services.
5. Cancellations
Cancellation terms will be outlined in your signed catering agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation and costs already incurred.
6. SMS Communications
Tommy’s Catering only sends SMS messages to individuals who voluntarily provide their phone number through our website contact form and select one or both optional consent checkboxes.
If you select the non-marketing consent checkbox, you may receive SMS messages related to your inquiry, tastings, event confirmations, catering proposals, event coordination details, and service-related updates.
If you select the marketing consent checkbox, you may receive promotional text messages, including special promotions, seasonal menu announcements, and catering offers.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to submit the contact form or book services.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
