We offer both full-service event management for comprehensive coordination and drop-off catering for those who prefer to manage their own logistics. Our Process
Initial Consultation
We offer a downloadable sample-priced complete menu as a starting point for your event planning.
We can email our “extended menu” upon request. This document includes sections for various stations, China, linens, bartenders, and numerous ideas for BBQ and onsite grilling. Pies have become increasingly popular alternatives to traditional cakes.

Event Coordination
While we are working on your menu, we will start to address complimentary items from linens, to drinks, times for appetizers, dinner, and night cap.
For example, on the day of your wedding, our wedding runner will work with the DJ on timing of when you’ll be announced, when the food will be put into the chafers. If applicable, when the Steamship will be placed onto the carving station. Additionally, we'll ensure that the coordination extends to important ceremonial moments such as the cutting of the cake, ensuring it takes place at the designated time and location.

Cost
Throughout the process, we'll work together to create your menu and any additional items needed.
As we build and organize your event in our software we’ll send Proposals that we can adjust until we have your party complete and priced. Then we’ll put it onto our very simple contract and email it to you.
